Packing List

• clothes for outside (check the weather! As of now, it’s going to be nice!) We have a lot of active games planned, so pack accordingly!

• clothes for sleeping

• toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, shower stuff, etc.)

• towel

• all bedding you want/need - there will be mattresses in the cabins, but not sheets, blankets, pillows, etc.

• picnic blanket/blanket to sit on the ground

• Bible, journal, pen

• tennis shoes

• water bottle

• any extra snacks you want

• little activities you might want to do in your free time

$30 (or $20 for freshmen/first timers!) - Venmo @wkucsf with “fall retreat” in the description or pay in cash to someone on staff! We can also take checks, but we can not take card.

Itinerary:

Friday

• 7:00 PM: arrive at Camp Loucon & check in

  • EAT DINNER BEFORE YOU ARRIVE

  • Carpool with friends if you can! If you need to get connected with people for a ride, reach out to Levi McKay (859) 408-1845!

• 7:30 PM: Welcome

• 8:00 PM: Group Games

• 9:30 PM: Bonfire & Game

Saturday

• 8:00 AM: Breakfast

• 9:00 AM: Prayer/quiet time

  • Prayer walk

  • Restful worship 

  • Sit alone, silence and solitude

• 9:30 AM: Teaching time

• 10:30 AM: Group Game

• 12:00 PM: Lunch

• 1:00 PM: Downtime

  • Low Elements

  • Crafts

  • Games

• 4:30 PM: Group Game

• 5:30 PM: Dinner

• 7:00 PM: Teaching + worship

• 8:30 PM: Bonfire 

• 9:30 PM: Game

Sunday

• 8:00 AM: Breakfast

• Head back to BG in time for church!
